A. The articles and provisions contained herein constitute an agreement by and between the governing board of the Lemon Grove Elementary School District ("District") and the Lemon Grove Teacher Association ("Association"), an employee organization, affiliated with the CTA and the NEA.

B. This Agreement is entered into pursuant to the Educational Employment Relations Act of 197 (Chapter 10.7, Section 3540-3549 of the Government Code).
